Valentino Rossi new helmet with the number 58 to commemorate Marco Simoncelli

Valentino Rossi wanted to remember and pay tribute to comrade and friend Marco Simoncelli, the world champion in the 250cc class in 2008 which, remember, died last October 23 at age 24, following a tragic accident during the Malaysian Grand Prix, which took place at the Sepang circuit.

And so, in a preview on his Twitter profile, Valentino Rossi has shown a part of the design of his new helmet with which, in tomorrow, will race in Sepang tests test next season.

The helmet in question, in fact, as you can see from the photo above, it bears the number 46, number of Valentino Rossi to speak, but the number 58, one of Marco Simoncelli precisely.

The image, then, was followed by a comment of that Valentino Rossi:

"The new helmet Sepang2 is ready!"
